Join Andrea and Annie from The Green Gourmet for a free cooking demo and tastings of this deliciously nourishing salad as featured in the Summer issue of Fleurieu Living Magazine – using McCarthy’s Orchard and a range of farmers market produce.
We’ll be creating a riot of colours, flavours and textures with smoky charred sweetcorn, nutty farro, crunchy pepitas, creamy avocados and the best of the season’s stone fruit – all wrapped up in a chipotle-lime dressing
