The Greek Vegetarian is Willunga local, Helen Mouneimne who loves all things flavour and all things vego. Cooking from the heart, Helen loves to experiment with flavours from all different cultures whilst maintaining that flavour comes first! Vegetarian cuisine has taken a new light with the delicious recipes that come out of Helen’s kitchen daily. Recently competing as a MasterChef hopeful, Helen brings her signature dish that was presented to the MasterChef judges to the Willunga Farmers Markets in our upcoming cooking demonstration. “Food brings people from all walks of life together.
