Seated at a communal dining table, you will learn about the case for edible insects and uncover their flavour before exploring insect-based dishes in Augmented Reality. This interactive and social experience is designed to challenge, delight and start a conversation about insects as food.

No bookings required. Seatings will be run every 20 minutes and can accommodate 6 people. If the next seating is full, you can register for a later seating on the day.
Everyday Entomophagy is a pilot education program, developed through collaboration between researchers at the University of Adelaide, Monkeystack Pty Ltd (educational video) and Post Dining, with financial support from Inspiring SA (Arts and Science Grant, 2022), Monkeystack Pty Ltd and the University of Adelaide. Food photography, styling and recipe development was led by Rachel Williamson.
