San Jose Smallgoods are back for their first week back at WFM this year. All of their products are Restaurant quality, made from 100% Australian Pork, free of any gluten, fillers or artificial flavours and are in edible natural casings. Their collection of handcrafted, traditional salumi is naturally air-dried and only released for sale when it reaches its optimum aroma and intensity of flavour.
