Join Andrea and Annie from The Green Gourmet with Choice Mushrooms and Pure Mushrooms at the market from 9.30am on Saturday 20 August, where they will be chatting and cooking all things mushrooms!

Learn about mushrooms’ amazing nutritional value, how to choose the best mushrooms for your recipe and to suit your taste – plus lots of ideas for new ways to enjoy these fabulous fungi.

The Green Gourmet will be making a delicious 3-mushroom ragout served with cheesy herbed polenta, with plenty of tastings for everyone!

Before and after the demo, you can enjoy meeting and shopping from a range of fabulous local producers.

🐶 A friendly reminder that pet dogs are not allowed in the general Market area – the lawned space near the northern entry of the Market is a dog friendly space.  Seating and drinking water available. 🐶 Please respect our staff and volunteers at all times.
