The Paech family has been here for 44 years. Starting off as a dairy farm and changing to a beef operation in the year 2000.
In 2012 we started using biodynamic farming methods and in Jan 2014 we had our first inspection to become certified organic/biodynamic with NASAA.
We are now in 2021 certified with Southern Cross Certified as an organic producer.
Our home farm is 98 hectares of rolling hills on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
We are passionate about quality food and being able to supply that to local people.
We are seasonal producers and have beef available from December until about April.
