Freshly baked crumpets, that have undergone a long fermentation process, with locally sourced ingredients made in the commercial kitchen of Willunga High School (the very site of the Saturday Market). Produced by local Willunga resident, past Parisian cafe owner and Cordon Bleu graduate Angelle Boucher. Packs of pre-made crumpets available to take home, as well as ready to eat serves loaded with generous toppings, a popular breakfast option at WFM.
