Organic Olive Grove and Organic Vineyards
Our Agriculture program provides our students with a fantastic hands on experience and production of our organically grown wine. They assist teachers with all aspects such as understanding management of organic vineyards, picking, pruning, crushing and barreling the wine to producing artwork for labelling and naming our wine each vintage. All proceeds from the sales of produce go towards running and improving the Agriculture program at the School.
